Frederick W. "Turk" Braun, Sr., 64, died Sunday, July 29, 2001, at Edgewood Manor of Westerville. Retired from Timken, Co. after 30 years of service. A member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. A veteran of the Korean War having served with the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jackie Braun; children, Fred Braun, Jr., Brian (Tami) Braun, Diana (Don) Pifer, Marcella Kimmick, Richard (Elisha) Kimmick and Maria (James) Cattle; grandchildren, Nickie, Christopher, Yvonne, Lauren, Ryan, Shaun, Randi, Samantha and Erika; sister, Irene Ehalt. He is preceded in death by his parents Otho and Mary Braun, siblings Bud, Jack and Gene Braun and Mary Margaret Lawson.
