Richard F. Cramer, 71, of Reno, NV, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2005, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. Mr. Cramer was born on September 14, 1933, in Meyersdale, PA, to Samuel and Florence Mitchell Cramer. He was a former Shriner and honorably served his country for 30+ years. He served in Korea and Vietnam.
Mr. Cramer is survived by his wife, Mary S. Cramer; a daughter, Theresa Snider; a son, David Cramer; and grandchildren, Catrina and David. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Bates, and two brothers, Donald Cramer and Sam Cramer.
