Services for Robert Marion George Sr., 75, of Longview will be 1 p.m. today, January 29, 2011, in the chapel of Welch Funeral Home, with the Rev. David English officiating. Visitation will be from noon today, prior to the funeral service.
Mr. George died Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at his home. He was born December 18, 1935, in Defuniak Springs, Florida. He owned Robert M. George & Associates Survey Company and was a retired T/Sgt in the U.S. Air Force.
Mr. George is survived by his wife, Gerry George; sons, Robert M. "Bobby" George Jr. and Gary Morris George; and sister, Martha Sue Wininger .
