JIM M. McGEE


PIKEVILLE --- Graveside services for Jim Morgan McGee, 49, will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with a chaplain from Seymour Johnson AFB officiating. He will have full military rites.

A native of Tennessee, he died Saturday at Womack Army Hospital at Ft. Bragg. He retired two years ago after 21 years in the Air Force and had made his home in Pikeville since retirement.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Irma Martin McGee; his father, Elijah McGee of MacMille, Tenn.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. John Cyr of Goldsboro; two brothers, P. H. McGee of Nashville, Tenn. and Clyde McGee of Canon County, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Foster Milton of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Mrs. Dock Ferrell of Watertown, Tenn.; and six step-grandchildren.

The body will remain at Shumate Funeral Home until time for services.
