Miami-Dade Fire Capt. Arthur A. Ribel fulfilled a longtime passion when he got his motorcycle license two months ago and drove Tuesday to Bike Week in Daytona Beach. But on Wednesday, when Ribel took a bike for a test drive, the accelerator stuck and the motorcycle bolted out of control into an intersection, said his son David, 29.
