"From out of the hills of the Moonshine State Steve came to Annapolis, following in the path of his brother. Having spent two years in college, Steve never had too much difficulty with the academics. His only real nemesis was the obstacle course, downfall of so many. This southern gentleman with a quick eye for a pretty woman always seemed to be in the know when a party or a good time was to be had.
