Mike plays three instruments on a rotating basis; trumpet, trombone, and tuba. I've not photographed him on tuba. Here he was playing at St. Louis with the Red Rose Ragtime Band.

Mike haunts the Chicago area but thinks in San Francisco. He leads the West End Jazz Band whose music grows from Revival Jazz but roots in Bix Beiderbecke and King Oliver.
