This was the first time, to my knowledge, that I had met Bill's wife, Lenore (aka Lenny/Lenni). She, like Bill, is an easy person to be around and tends to do her thing while Bill does his. That's one of the ways a gal can live with a jazzman who keeps all kinds of hours. But I'm a sucker for shots like this as they carry great meaning for my eye, and the camera can't fake a relationship.
